Orders & acceptance. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm by email; an order isn't accepted until we confirm it. We may decline or cancel any order (pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud) and refund you in full.
Pricing & taxes. Prices are in CAD and exclude tax. Ontario HST (13%) is added at checkout. Prices and availability can change without notice. If a price is clearly wrong, we'll contact you before charging.
Fitment. Our lookup tools help you find parts that fit, but final fitment is the buyer's responsibility — confirm the part suits your vehicle before installing. Unsure? Call us.

Defective / wrong part. If a part is defective or we shipped the wrong one, we make it right at no cost to you. Tell us within [14] days.
Manufacturer warranty. Most parts carry the manufacturer's warranty; we'll help you process a claim.
How to return. Contact us for a return authorization before sending anything back. Return shipping is the buyer's cost except on our errors/defects.

Shipping (rest of Canada). Calculated live at checkout by weight & destination — you see the real rate before you pay. Most orders ship within [1–2] business days.

Tracking. You get a tracking number by email when it ships.
